II. Service Description

The Tonghuo Shopping Platform provides online product display and transaction services for building materials, hardware, water heaters, renovation supplies, furniture, household items, and more. Product information is uploaded by merchants. The platform reviews the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of this information but does not assume final guarantee responsibility.

• Product Display: Platform shows product images, prices, specifications, etc., for reference only.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after placement.
• After-Sales Service: Complies with national "Three Guarantees" policy; returns and exchanges available.

3. User Accounts

When registering, users must provide accurate and complete personal information and update it promptly if changes occur. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials; any losses resulting from a breach of account or password security shall be borne solely by the user.

4. Trading Rules

This platform supports 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges (excluding special items). Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request a return or exchange if the item has quality issues or does not match its description.
